Montgomery brothers - some in uniform
Four Montgomery brothers, three in uniform.
Possibly taking during World War I. The U.S. entered the war in April 1917 and the war ended November 1918, so this picture is presumably taken int he time frame.
Judging by other photographs, the tall bother standing in the middle is possibly the oldest brother, Bruce.
Judging by other photographs, the brother standing on the left is Harney, the oldest. Or Harney could possibly be the brother standing on the right.
It is possible that the seated brother is the youngest, Charles Leon. That means the brother on the right is possibly Fred Otis.

Trowbridges arriving in San Jose 1921
The Trowbridges being picked up at the San Jose train station in 1921. They traveled with the new pastor for a San Jose church. This pastor is possibly the man seated in the photograph, or the one standing in the center.
The travelers were met by members of the congregation, including some of the Montgomery family. Judging by other photographs, the man standing on the left is William Bruce Montgomery. The woman seated on the far right looks like his wife, Mary Laura nee Van Cleave.
Again, judging from other pictures, the young woman in the car looking out between two men looks like Lula Trowbridge. Montgomery family tradition says that the young man hanging on to the back of the car is Harney Montgomery.
The young man looking out from inside the car could be another Montgomery brother. My guess is that the woman in the car in the middle might be Lula Trowbridge, and the woman standing in the center Lula's mother.
